Common questions

What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight number, so we know when you actually land. Your driver will be there — there is no extra charge for a delayed arrival. Just make sure the flight number you give us is correct.
How long will the driver wait at the airport?
30 minutes of free waiting time for domestic arrivals and 45 minutes for international arrivals, counted from the moment your plane lands. That covers deplaning, immigration and luggage. If you have not met the driver or called us within 45 minutes (60 for international), the booking is treated as a no-show.
Where do I meet the driver?
In the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name. We confirm the exact meeting point when your booking is placed.
Is the price per person or per car?
Per car. The rate covers the vehicle and driver for the whole journey, regardless of how many of you are travelling (up to the seat limit shown in the table).
What is included in the quote?
The driver, fuel, tolls, parking fees and an air-conditioned vehicle. Not included: attraction entrance tickets, meals, guide service and travel insurance, unless we have agreed it in writing.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. Cancellation is free more than 7 days before pickup, and the deposit is refunded in full. From 7 days to 48 hours before, it is 10% of the agreed price; from 48 hours up to pickup, 50%; on the day or a no-show, the full amount. Changes need to reach us by email or phone at least 48 hours before pickup — they cannot be made with the driver on the day. A deposit is taken when you book; the balance is paid at the end of the service.
